The stunning Blue Mountains has been renowned for its healing powers since the early years of the 20th century. Aboriginal people from many Nations went to Jenolan Caves for thousands of years, to bathe in the pools of NADYUNG. Traditionally, the Gundungurra people “the old Australian natives” thought that not only did the cave water have healing properties, but that the crystals themselves possessed healing powers, especially for spiritual well-being – much the same is believed today by many non-Aboriginal people.
The Perfect Getaway
Our beautiful Yoga Teacher Rebecca, with a background predominantly in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, has explored a variety of meditation practices over the last few decades including Transcendental Meditation, Buddhism, Raja Yoga Meditation and Vipassana. Rebecca holds a Master of Fine Arts in Acting, and as a professional actress has gained unique insights into the effects of emotion on the body and how particular movement and breath work can release body-mind blockages.
